Welcome to Kopack Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine. Yes, a new name, with a new building, but with the same high quality of physical therapy. Kopack Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is an outpatient physical therapy office owned 100% by a licensed physical therapist. With 26 years of experience, we specialize in the evaluation, treatment and rehabilitation of individuals with musculoskeletal pain and injuries. At Kopack Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine we believe that physical therapy and rehabilitation is a very personal service for individuals recovering from illness or surgery.

We are committed to providing the highest quality of care in a relaxed, private and professional environment. We strive to deliver physical therapy care based on sound research and scientific principles. This allows us to deliver quality care that is appropriate and yet cost effective for the patient. We provide one on one therapy sessions integrating advanced manual techniques, appropriate exercises for your condition and education about how you can manage your condition with self management techniques.

Our new one level, 4000 square foot facility, has its own parking, private bathrooms, and is accessible from all major highways. Kopack Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine can also be reached without going on any major highways as well. Our new facility has new equipment that can rehabilitate not only orthopedic and sports related conditions but we also have equipment that can accomodate patients with more long term rehabilitaton conditions and illnesses as well.
